Exporting Lists

You can export many of the lists in Mouse Tracks to HTML, Microsoft Excel, or comma delimited text format.



Filter Options

Show list with applied filters - Select if you wish to see the records as they were filtered in the list.

Show list with no filters - Select to see all the records in the table (not just ones that are currently being displayed in the list).

Field Options

Show fields in list - Select if you wish to only see the fields that the list has displayed.

Show all fields for underlying table - Select if you want to export every field available to this list.

Note:  If you select all fields, you will not be able to determine the order of the fields.

Format Options

HTML - Export List to a table in HTML format.

Microsoft Excel - Exports the list to CSV format with a .xls extension so the file is associated with Microsoft Excel.

Delimited Text - Exports the list to CSV format with a .txt extension.

Open file after export is complete

Select this option to launch the file after it is exported.
