Registration & PC Audit Keys

If you have purchased Mouse Tracks you will need to enter two Registration Keys to remove the Limitations of the Free Edition. You may also need to change the Registration Keys if you have purchased more PC Audit Licenses, additional User Licenses, or if your company name changes.  To change the Registration Key or PC Audit Key, you must have administrative access to Mouse Tracks.

Changing Registration Information

1. From the Help Menu choose About Mouse Tracks.

2. Click on the 'Change' command underneath the registration information section.

3. Enter a valid Registration Key, PC Audit Key, and the Company Name to which the program is registered.

4. Click OK.

5. You will need to restart Mouse Tracks if you made changes to these values.

Important:If you are using or plan on using SQL Server, you will need an Enterprise License Registration Key.

Mouse Tracks will only work with SQL Server with an Enterprise Key. With the Enterprise Key you can use Access and SQL Server databases. The Standard Edition License is limited to Access databases (MSJet 4.0 format).  Also, if you plan on using the IIS Help Desk Interface you will need a registration key that supports this add-on.  If you need to purchase Mouse Tracks, upgrade your Registration Key, or PC Audit Key, Visit www.gritware.com.
