Basic technical support for Mouse Tracks is included for registered users whose maintenance is current. The web forums are the primary method of support. If a support issue cannot be resolved through the web forums, Mouse Tracks support will contact the customer via telephone and/or Email. Technical support is not available for the Free Edition.
You can find the latest patches available for your installed version of Mouse Tracks by choosing 'Check for Messages and Updates' from the Help menu. The update feature will also display messages for related product updates such as the IIS Help Desk Interface Add-on and Mouse Tracks Audit 32.
