MINOR NEW FEATURES

Renaming the "Computers", "Peripherals", or "Software" menu items now cascades these changes to the Related Equipment Tab on the Service Desk ticket form.

BUG FIXES

If multiple accounts use the same email address, the Email-To-Ticket Converter will only select an account that is "Active" in Web Tracks.

The Setup Wizard now remembers the Company Name after uprgrading a database.

Fixed a bug that prevented the department dead feature from working when a user signed in using Active Directory pass-thru authentication.
