BUG FIXES

The %COMPUTERNAME% dashboard variable no longer displays 'UNKNOWN' when the computer name resolves to an address not prefixed by the domain.

Fixed issue where a ticket could not be merged if a user on the child ticket was already CC'd to the parent ticket or was the requester of the parent ticket.

Editing a user's tech groups via the User Detail form now properly saves the checkbox (tech group) choices.

View Manager -- changing a view using a mobile device no longer creates a duplicate non-mobile view.

Logo width is now limited to 120px on mobile devices. Previously the logo was displayed as actual size and caused controls to be rendered outside of the bounds of the mobile view when large logos were displayed.

Removed "CC'd Users" from the beginning of the description fields for tickets processed by the email-to-ticket converter. This is now visible from the CC list. If the CC feature is disabled this is still noted in the description.

Fixed a bug where CC'd users were not being added as CC'd recipients on a ticket.

Auto-refresh grid is now suspended when adding a comment via the right-click context menu. Canceling or adding the comment automatically resumes the auto-refresh if enabled.

The Email-to-Ticket converter no longer breaks lines at 80 characters. This reduces unwanted whitespace in ticket descriptions created by the Email-to-Ticket converter.
