Mouse Tracks Web (Add-On) Product Information
The Mouse Tracks Web interface allows your users to submit help desk request
through a web browser. This Add-On to Mouse Tracks reduces the time
your technicians spend creating new requests, since it allows your end-users to
enter their requests directly. The Web Help Desk Interface supports email notifications
(with link-backs) allowing your end-users & technicians one-click access to existing Help Desk requests.
Both end-users and technicians have access to a searchable knowledge base.
Mouse Tracks technicians and users can use the web interface to update help desk
tickets. Automated ticket assigning can be configured so that different
types of tickets are assigned to the appropriate technician.
End-Users and Help Desk Technicians can attach screen shots and related files directly to requests.
