MAJOR NEW FEATURES
Pass through Authentication Support
Two new authentication methods have been added which support 'pass-thru' authentication. If you choose one of these methods your users who are currently signed into their computer from a trusted domain will not have to enter their user name or password to access Web Tracks.
Filter Row
Most grids within the application now support a 'Filter Row'. You can type in the row and the grid will search for matching entries. There is also a 'Filter Row Menu' which allows you to specify 'Begin's with, Contains, Doesn't contain, Ends with, Equals or Doesn't equal'. The default setting searches using the 'Begins with' option.

User Departments can be added 'on-the-fly' when adding/editing a user account.
User ID Max Length has been increased from 15 to 25 characters. This makes the program more friendly with Active Directory Synchronization since SAM Account Names could be up to 20 characters in length.
Added an administrative interface for managing flagged software products.
The 'Comp Tag Allocated' drop down list on the peripheral detail form now shows User ID in the drop down list.
Added POTotal and PONotesNotPrinted to drop down view when selecting a PO number for a Computer, Peripheral or Software Asset
Added a Test button when setting up SMTP Server mail Settings.
Add CompLocation as a grid column when adding a related computer to a help desk ticket.
Added Audit Licenses Used and Audit Licenses Available count to license & registration form
Hyperlink added to ticket number when viewing the ticket list. Clicking on the hyperlink is the equivalent of double clicking an item or highlighting the item and clicking the edit command. This makes editing tickets easier on smart phones and tablet PCs where the double click method may not be supported.
BUG FIXES
End-users without Help Desk access tickets may now view file attachments to tickets where they are the requester of the ticket.
Restricted Technicians are now properly limited to only viewing attachments to a ticket to which they are assigned as the technician or the requester.
Private KB Attachment viewing is now properly limited to users with Knowledge Base Access even if the setting to allow access to the knowledge base without login is applied.
Fixed bug when saving application settings that would cause the PO default tax rate setting to be rounded to the nearest whole number.
Fixed a bug when using the Chrome browser that preventing the saving of a Knowledge Base article record when the kbEventNo field was visible on the form.
Fixed a bug that didn't allow the viewing of 'all translations for the underlying table' when the PO table was selected.
Fixed a bug that caused a no match in the Email-To-Ticket converter if a rule contained upper case characters.
Fixed issued where an inventory user without 'inventory delete' permissions could dispose of peripherals and computers.
Fixed bug where audit results would disappear if the results list was sorted.
