NEW FEATURES

The Email-To-Ticket Converter now handles attachments within the body of emails.

Windows Server 2012 is now supported (Version 9.03 has passed the Microsoft Works with Windows Server 2012 Certification).

A SQL Non-Query command window has been added to the database maintenance form.

BUG FIXES

A bug has been fixed in Email-To-Ticket converter which could cause replies to emails by end-users to not be recorded as comments within a ticket.

The installer fixes an issue of a required DLL not being present for the Report Editor application.

Login page dashboard objects no longer disappear after an unsuccessful login attempt.
