List Box Settings

With Mouse Tracks you have the ability to select the fields that appear in each of the major lists. To customize the fields displayed on a list click on the Configure List Items command on the list form. 

The List Box Settings form will have the available fields in one list, and the fields displayed in another list.  To move items between the lists, double click the item, or select the item from the list and click the arrow command. You can also set the order that the items appear in the list.  To do this, select an item and then click the up arrow or down arrow.

Additional Information

The primary key of the table is displayed in gray. This cannot be moved from up or down and must be included as the first item in the list view.

List Box Settings are customizable for each user (i.e., the settings you make to your list box displays do not affect other users).

The Help Desk List must have the 'Due By' date displayed in the list for the list items to appear in different colors (if the help desk ticket is overdue).

The Purchase Order List must have the 'Deliver by Date' displayed in the list for the list items to appear in different colors (if the purchase order is overdue).
