BUG FIXES

Report Bug: Modifying and Creating Join and Single table reports now properly saves the report fields which are selected in the report designer.

Merge Ticket: Merging tickets now limits parent tickets which have a status of 'Pending' and 'Open'. Allowing closed tickets was not a good option as users of the merged ticket would not receive notifications since the ticket was closed. In addition, pulling up the merge list is now much faster as it does not have to filter through many thousands of closed tickets.

End User Attachments: End users no longer receive an error when attempting to attach files to new tickets.
