MAJOR NEW FEATURES

Reoccurring Ticket Support

Do you need to do work on a reoccurring basis? If so this new feature will make tracking these a snap. Simply add a reoccurring ticket to Web Tracks and it will automatically create a ticket at the specified interval (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Reoccuring Tickets can be created in Web Tracks from Admin--Lookup Tables--Service Desk Tables--Reoccuring Tickets.


MINOR FEATURES

Styling Updates

New Theme Office 365 has been added.

An updated default icon set has been added. If for some reason you're not a fan, these menu images are still customizable from Admin--Menu Settings.

Hyperlinks have been updated accross the application to be consistent.

Auto Delivery of Reports Enhancements

You now have the option to NOT send a report if the report contains no data.

A new 'HTML' report format has been added. When selecting HTML, the report will show up in the body of the email rather than as an attachment -- One less click is always good!

Email-To-Ticket Improvements

The Signature Remover can now filter out attachments. This is ideal for removing those pesky signature attachments (e.g., comopany logo) that are not relevant to a ticket.

BETA feature: There is now an option to automatically create Web Tracks accounts when the Email-To-Ticket converter receives an email from an address that does not match an account in Web Tracks. This allows you to easily track tickets that may come from external sources (e.g., your customers). This feature is disabled by default. It can be turned on from Admin--Email Settings--Email to Ticket Conversion--Reply Settings.

PO Improvements

When receiving an item on a PO, the date/time and user who received the item is now tracked.


BUG FIXES

The Ticket 'Send Notify & Close' button now works in Firefox.

Ticket Comments are now properly encoded and decoded.

Selecting items on Grids now makes it more clear as to which rows are selected.

Fixed image aspect ratio for database image previews in the attachment tabs.

The duplicate Knowledge Base Article button now works as expected.

When viewing a ticket through the PDF preview. The comment sort order is now consistent with the comment sort order as specified in the email template.

UPGRADE NOTES

Web Tracks 2020 requires version 4 or 4.5 of the .NET Framework. If this is not already present on the computer the installer will install version 4.0 as a prerequisite.

Web Tracks 2020 requires "Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable". If not already present on the computer the installer will install it as a prerequisite.

Database schema will be updated to 11.00. You should create a backup copy of your database before applying this update.
