MINOR UPDATES/BUG FIXES

Increase worker process shutdown to 1200 minutes (20 hours). This allows for a full workday without the IIS worker process shuting down/reclying and will reduce session restarts.

Fixed Issue with SmartReply generating an error when the SmartReply command was the only text in the email reply.

Fixed duplicate notification issue when a ticket is created and then saved again. You will still receive notifications when comments are added to tickets. This is currently by design, but we are also looking into ways to elimated this on new tickets.

"Reoccuring Tickets" have been renamed to "Recurring Tickets" as they repeat at a predefined interval.

"Event Subject", and "Last Comment" columns in end-user grids have wider columns.

Fixed link back to ticket in emails for new ticket notifications. The QueryString previously had a=new instead of the correct id=(ticket number).
