Description

Support the new release of Mouse Tracks Web Version 6.5 (formerly known as the IIS Help Desk Interface Add-on)

Changes

The 'Suggest Tag' feature has been rewritten. A unique tag number will always be suggested for the underlying table.

Attachment tabs now display the number of attachments in the tab title

Removed 'Late Days' and 'Warn Days' from PO and Help Desk Tickets. Tickets that are due today will show up in the warn color, tickets that are past due will show up in the late color. Gray scale color choices have also been added.

When creating a knowledge base article based upon a help desk ticket an option has been added to copy the help desk ticket attachments.

Time fields are now displayed as time (not date) when viewed in reports and data lists

The last used sort order is now remembered for each list form within Mouse Tracks. Form layout and position is now tracked at the database level so each Mouse Tracks user will see their form settings regardless of the computer used to open the database

Installer now supports changing the installation directory

Bug Fixes

The suggest tag number feature for software assets no longer causes an error in databases that use alphabetic characters within the tag field.

The Export Only Option button now works properly when exporting reports.

Double-Clicking a 'Disk Drive' record in the computer detail form now triggers the display of the disk detail form.

Viewing a peripheral from the computer detail form now opens the peripheral detail form to the correct tab

Fixed a bug in the filter form that could cause a list to appear as unfiltered even when a filter was applied.

Allocating & removing peripherals from computers no longer displays an error message (only applied to SQL Server databases).

Fixed error caused when renaming the administrator's user ID that is logged in

Using a new version of a button control that is supposed to fix the sporadic Page Fault error within Mouse Tracks.
