Mouse Tracks Web Version 6.5 was rewritten from the ground up. All application, component and data access modules are 100% Native .NET built upon version 3.5 of the .NET Framework.

New Features

Customizable Page Header allows you to ‘brand’ the help desk with your company’s name and logo.

Customizable HTML Footer allows you to display a message on each web page and offer links to other pages on your Intranet.

Emails Notifications now contain the fields of your choosing as well as a hyperlink to the web page containing the details of the ticket.

Notifications can now be configured to send emails when a ticket is created, updated or closed (prior version only sent email when a new ticket was created).

Choice of 9 different built-in themes

Attachment support allows your end-users and technicians to attach screen shots and other related files to support tickets.

Uses the same ‘tabbed style’ interface that the Mouse Tracks Windows Client uses.

Technicians see their list of tickets the same way as they do in the Windows Client. The end-user view is customizable by a Mouse Tracks Administrator.

Drop down filters have been added to list columns for Mouse Tracks Technicians.


Minor New Features

Added option to allow users to re-open existing help desk tickets .

Added option to allow access to knowledge base articles without logging in.

Ticket ‘Warn’ & ‘Late’ Colors appear on the help desk list as they do in the Mouse Tracks 2007 Windows Client

Added ‘Viewing as User’ options so technicians can easily see requests they’ve initiated.

Added option to send email notifications in HTML format
