Bug Fixes:

* Fixed 'Missing Primary Key' error on some installations of Mouse Tracks Web version 6.52. This error occurred when trying to click on a record hyperlink after a postback (sort, new page selection, or filter) was received by the page .

* Email notifications are now properly sent when an end-user re-opens a ticket through Mouse Tracks Web.

New Features

When viewing the Help Desk Ticket List the web interface will now use the same default sort order that Mouse Tracks 2007 uses for the technician who is logged on.

The 'Resolution' field is no longer displayed in knowledge base articles if the field is empty. This is more intuitive when creating 'how to' and informational type articles (articles where there is no resolution).

All pages in Mouse Tracks Web now use a dynamic sizing 'div' container. This assures that content doesn't overflow into the background. It also allows for more creativity and customization using the the HTML footer message since the space will automatically sized to the content.


Installation Information

If you currently have Mouse Tracks Web version 6.50 through 6.52 installaled you simply need to install version 6.53 (do not uninstall prior version). If you uninstalled the previous version first or you will have to reconfigure your web.config file database connection string.
