New Features:

There is now 'Default Due Date Offset' setting for the Mouse Tracks Windows client. This can be changed by an administrator by choosing Tools--Configure Mouse Tracks--Help Desk Tab.

Changes:

Hyphens or spaces no longer prevent a valid purchase order from being suggested

Editing a peripheral from computer detail form now properly shows the value for 'Comp Tag(allocated)'

Calendar Control now works for the Field 'Doc Checked Out Date'

Calendar Controls throughout the program use a consistent font. This fixes the error on some forms where the numbers were not visible when viewing a pop-up calendar.

SQL Server databases will no longer attempt to sort by memo fields. Previously if a list was sorted by a memo field it would appear as if there were no records in the table. (Applies to Enterprise Edition Only)

Fixed tab order issue on the computer disk detail form

Attempted to trap a sporadic error (512 "Can't Open Clipboard") that could crash the program when copying help desk ticket descriptions and resolutions from the clipboard. However, we could not reproduce this problem in our environment.

Site Installation Information:

Updating all Mouse Tracks 2007 installations is not required. This upgrade can be applied independently as needed.

More Information:

This patch will upgrade your Mouse Tracks client from version 6.5.0 to 6.5.1.
