Bug Fixes:

Technician is now always saved to help desk ticket record even when it's auto populated by the ticket type.

The mail option setting 'Automatically send email notifications from Windows Clients' now properly suppresses email notifications when this option is not checked.

The Active Directory Synchronization Feature now populates the 'Title' field for Mouse Tracks Users.


Site Installation Information:

Updating all Mouse Tracks 2009 installations is recommended but not required. This upgrade can be applied independently as needed to fix the above issues.
