Bug Fixes
Users with purchasing permissions will no longer receive a permission denied error when attempting to view an attachment associated with a purchase order.
Fixed a bug where email notifications were not being sent when an end-user is prompted to save a new ticket when adding an attachment to the ticket.
Knowledge Base articles created from Service Desk tickets now properly save the associated ticket within the kb article. This is used so that Web Tracks can warn you when you are attempting to create multiple knowledge base articles from the same ticket.
Fixed a bug where a grid might not always save its most current settings (e.g., last sort order, last filter)
Fixed issue of not being able to restart an audit after leaving the audit wizard while it was running.
Ticket number is now forced to be the first field within the grid view for end-users. Databases always defaulted to this but if it was changed the grid column headers wouldn't match the first column. In addition the column size has been reduced which allows other columns more room.
Minor Enhancements
When a technician is creating a new ticket the assigned technician is now suggested when you select the ticket type from the drop down menu. If there is no default tech for the ticket type the suggested technician will default to the person creating the ticket. This behavior is similar to how this worked in Mouse Tracks 2009.
Added email address information to the description of a ticket when the email-to-ticket converter cannot match the requester based upon the email address from which the ticket originated.
Default Ticket Types now auto assign to 'Guest' -- applies to new databases only.
Added 'User ID' to the drop down view when selecting the 'Comp Tag (allocated)' field for peripherals.
