INFO: What's New in Mouse Tracks Web 7.2

Description
Minor New Features

Ticket Type and Ticket Description are now required fields for both technicians and end-users (previously these were only required fields for end-users).

The Help Desk 'User Tab' is now hidden when creating new tickets. Previously this tab was listed but didn't display any information.

Office 2007 Word, Excel and PowerPoint 4 character file extensions are now displayed with an appropriate icon when attached to Help Desk Tickets.

A 'New Help Desk Request' link has been added to welcome screen.

Minor cosmetic changes

Header Text attributes (e.g., Font-Size, etc.) can now be adjusted by modifying cssMtWeb.css

The installer now allows you to change from the default installation folder.

Bug Fixes

When a ticket status has been set to a closed status the Resolved Date field now properly records the date/time the ticket was closed.

The sort order for Ticket Priority now properly uses the sort order as defined by eventPriorityRank rather than sorting alphanumerically.

Upgrade Notes

Mouse Tracks Web 7.2 requires Mouse Tracks 7.x database (Mouse Tracks 2009 format). View Help--About Mouse Tracks for your Windows Client to determine your database version prior to upgrading.

This update does not require new Registration Keys (compatible with 7.0.x through 7.2.x registration keys)
