INFO: What's New in Mouse Tracks 2009 (7.20)

Description
MAJOR NEW FEATURES

MT Audit can now audit computers that are not on your network by running the program from a floppy disk, or USB drive. This method creates XML audit files which can later be imported into your main database. See the Knowledge Base Article for further information.

MINOR NEW FEATURES

Disabled Active Directory accounts now set corresponding Mouse Tracks accounts to inactive during AD synchronization.

Ticket Priority and Description are now required fields. This requirement is also enforced in Mt Web 7.2.

BUG FIXES

Fixed issue where the main window could get locked in a minimize/maximize only state.

Manually initiated emails from Mouse Tracks Windows client now can properly handle multiple file attachments.

Selecting a Cost Center for a PO now pulls in related cost center fields.

Fixed MT Audit error (converting string to integer). This error seemed to occur on some newer Dell computers.

MT Audit now properly calculates memory for computers with modules larger than 1GB.

Processor speed detection now uses the value for Maximum Processor Speed instead of Current Processor Speed. The current processor speed value reported can be lower than the maximum speed if power saving features are active on the computer. It was always the intention to capture the maximum speed for this value.
