Written in .NET this new Add-On to Mouse Tracks replaces the IIS Help Desk Interface.

Mouse Tracks Web features more email notification options, more customization options and more self-service options for both the end-users and the technicians.

The new interface also supports file attachments and custom fields using the familiar tabbed content style you're used to using with the Mouse Tracks Windows Client.

We are in the process of updating our website.  We believe the new web site is both easier to navigate and softer on the eyes.  We've even implemented the same technology offered in Mouse Tracks Web version 6.5 in the support knowledge base area.

 

Although the website was launched May 20th.  You may notice some portions of the site that have yet to be upgraded.  Patch notification and online forums are scheduled to be transferred within the next week.  Forwarding placeholders will also be added to deprecated pages.
